ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Gregory S. Skeete, a.k.a “Engineer Greg”, is an award-winning Barbadian author, mechanical engineering graduate, and a life-long lover of milk! He has worked as a production planner and process specialist in the beverage manufacturing industry, with experience in Europe, Latin America, and the Caribbean. He also holds a certificate in Dairy Science and Technology from Wageningen University in The Netherlands.
